Aaron Jeffery

   Logie Award-winning New Zealand actor Aaron C. Jeffery is from Australia. He is well-known for his roles as Terry Watson in Water Rats and as Alex Ryan in McLeod's Daughters and as Matt "Fletch" Fletcher in Wentworth. Jeffery was born in Auckland and relocated to Australia as an teen. Then he was a student at NIDA. He graduated from NIDA in 1993, and began his television career with the children's television show Ship to Shore. Jeffery is most well-known for his character on McLeod's Daughters as Alex Ryan. He left the show in the year 2008. He was also participant in the third season of the New Zealand drama Outrageous Fortune. Jeffery was the main character Frank in Underbelly: Badness. Filming was completed on June 22. A few days later it was revealed that Jeffery was joining the cast of Neighbours as Bradley Fox for two months. It was revealed that Jeffery had been selected to play Corrections Officer on Wentworth on October. He also starred in the Bevan Lee series Between Two Worlds for the Seven Network. In April 2021 the news broke that Jeffery was to be part of the upcoming Netflix thriller Pieces of Her, which is adapted from the Karin Slaughter novel of the same name. Jeffery's role on McLeod’s Daughters was rewarded with the Silver Logie in 2007 and 2004.
